- 1 Cup Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Cup Honey
- 3 Cups Flour
- 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Cup Strong Coffee
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1/2 Cup Walnut Halves

Step 1
Beat eggs & sugar thoroughly
Add honey & beat well
Combine dry ingredients
Alternately add dry ingredients and coffee to batter and mix well
Add oil, beat well
Add chopped walnuts to batter
Distribute batter to 2 greased loaf pans lined with wax paper
Place walnut halves on top of batter
Bake @ 350 degrees for 50-60 minuts
