Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 cup graham wafer crumbs
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- Combine crust ingredients; press mixture into bottom and 2" up sides of 9" springform pan. Chill
- Filling:
- 3 pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup irish cream
- 3 squares white chocolate
- Topping:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp. icing sugar
- 1 tbsp Irish Cream

Step 1
Filling:
In large bowl, using mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, until blended. Beat in liqueur and white chocolate. Pour into pan. Bake @ 325F for 50 mins. or until center is just set. Remove from oven and run knife around edge to prevent cracking. Cool
Topping: Combine ingredients and spread over cheesecake just before serving.
