  • 3-4 Potatoes
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 Green pepper (optinal)
  • Salt
  • Olive oil


Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 30mins


Step 1

Cut the potatoes, onion and green pepper into thin slices or in small dices.
Fry potatoes and onion simmered in olive oil.
On the other hand beat eggs in a bowl.
When the potatoes and onion are medium rare you should drain it and mix with the eggs in the bowl.
In a hot pan put the mix and flip with the aid of a plate.
