Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 cans (15-3/4 oz. each) sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Dash salt
- 1 cup coarsely crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 25 crackers)
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Transfer to a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the sweet potato mixture.
Bake unocvered at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160 degrees.
