Ingredients
- 2 2 2 oz Patrón XO Café Dark Cocoa
- 3 3 3 oz Whole milk
- + Glazed donut rim*
- + Donut hole for garnish

- 1.5 1.5 1.5 cups powdered sugar
- 4 4 4 tbsp milk
- 2 2 2 tsp vanilla extract
- .5 cup decorative food sprinkles
- to the powdered sugar through a fine sieve to remove lumps. In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk and vanilla. Slowly add sifted sugar, whisking until combined and uniformly smooth.

Preparation
Step 1
Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass with glazed donut rim.* Garnish with sprinkles and a donut hole.
To Rim Glass:
Sift the powdered sugar through a fine sieve to remove lumps. In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk and vanilla. Slowly add sifted sugar, whisking until combined and uniformly smooth.
To rim the glass, first dip the glass upside down into the “glaze” until about 1/4-1/2” of the glass is submerged. Remove from liquid and allow to drip for a couple of seconds, then dip the glass into a plate of donut sprinkles or nonpareils. Tap to release excess sprinkles, and turn glass right-side up. Allow to dry for a few minutes before using.
