PLACE 1 SLICE MAYO SIDE DOWN IN SKILLET, LOAD WITH GRATED CHEESE AND THINLY SLICED SHALLOT, TOP WITH ANOTHER SLICE.FRY ABOUT 6 - 8 MINUTES. SPREAD MAYO ON TOP SLICE AND TURN OVER. FRY 6 - 8 MINUTES
REMOVE FROM PAN - OPEN AND INSERT THIN LAYER OF TOMATOE. CLOSE AND ENJOY!
