Ingredients
- 1 piecrust, store-bought or homemade, fitted into 9 inch plate
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 3 lg eggs
- 2 tbsp bourbon
- 1/2 tsp grated orange zest
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 cups pecan halves
Preparation
Step 1
Set oven rack at lowest position, heat to 350. Place pie plate on foil-lined baking sheet. In lg bowl, whisk tog corn syrup, sugar, butter, eggs, bourbon, zest and salt, stir in pecans. Pour into crust, bake until center is set, 50-55 min. Let cool to room temp before serving...
