Ingredients

For the drink:
1.5 oz Patrón XO Cafe Incendio
1 Scoop dark chocolate sorbet
1 Shot hot espresso
+ Orange whipped cream*
+ Bittersweet chocolate shavings
For the Orange whipped cream:
.5 cup Heavy cream, chilled
.25 cup Sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp Orange zest
finely grated Pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

METHOD
Place the sorbet in a coupe glass and pour the Patrón XO Cafe Incendio and espresso over it. Top with a dollop of orange whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

For the Orange whipped Cream:
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and whip until soft peaks form.
