Ingredients
- 8 oz. package of egg noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 8 oz. package sliced mushrooms
- 1 10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 450.
Combine ground beef, oats, egg, ketchup, onion, garlic and salt. Mix thoroughly and shape into 24 1 inch balls. Arrange on a greased foil lined rimmed baking sheet and bake 8 to 10 minutes or till done.
While meatballs are baking, cook noodles according to package directions. Drain well and return to pot and toss with butter and parsley. Cover and keep warm.
Heat oil in large skillet, add mushrooms and sauté 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked. Add soup, sour cream and gently combine. Stir in milk and paprika and continue to heat until hot. Fold in meatballs and season with salt and pepper.
Serve over noodles.
