Ingredients
- 1-1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
- 1-3/4 cups water
- 3 cups bow tie pasta, uncooked
- 1 bag (1 lb.) frozen vegetable blend
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. each black pepper and ground red pepper

Step 1
SPRAY large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 minutes or until no longer pink.
STIR in water. Bring to boil. Add pasta and vegetable blend; stir. Cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Do not drain.
ADD remaining ingredients; cook until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring frequently
