Ingredients

  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped smoked ham
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion (I used green onion)
  • 4-5 cooked, crumbled bacon slices
  • 2-3 tsps dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 pack of Pillsbury Grands flaky layers

Preparation

Step 1

Spray a mini muffin pan and set oven to 450.

Mix together shredded cheddar, finely chopped smoked ham, mayo, onion, bacon, dijon mustard, and salt.

Take a pack of Pillsbury Grands flaky layers and cut each biscuit into 4.

Roll into ball and press each one onto bottom and sides of muffin pans.

Fill each cup with half teaspoon of mixture. Sprinkle with ground pepper. (I just mixed 1/4 tsp pepper into the mixture)

Bake at 450 for 5-7 minutes.

Let cool for 2 minutes then turn out. Serve warm.
