Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons room temperature butter
- 2 tablespoons EVOO
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Pinch of dried parsley (optional)
- 1 split French or Italian loaf

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together butter, EVOO, garlic and a pinch dried parsley. Spread onto cut sides of split french or italian loaf. Broil until bread is lightly toasted, about 2 minutes.
