Ingredients
- 8 ” - 10” pie crust (NOTE: this makes a pretty big pie. You can either do two shallow ones or one deeper one.)
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Cream together butter and sugar.
Add eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and flour. Beat together well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Grate ¼ teaspoon nutmeg over top.
Bake for 1 hour at 300.
