Sunshine Bean Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 can red kidney beans, drained
• 1 can lima beans, drained
• 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 onion, chopped fine
• 1 minced garlic clove
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 tbsp mustard
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 tsp cumin powder, optional
• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar or red wine
• salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Put drained beans in 2 1/2 quart casserole dish, mix, set aside. In lg skillet, cook beef, onions and garlic until browned, stir in other ing (but beans), add skillet mix to beans in casserole dish, mix. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 325, or simmer in crockpot 3-4 hours...
