Ingredients
- 1 boule, top sliced off and hollowed out
- 1 pound crabmeat
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 3 ounces Brie
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1-2 TB sherry
- 1-2 TB chopped red pepper
- 1 TB chopped green onions
- 1 TB fresh minced parsley
- Hot paprika and seafood seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
Combine butter, cream cheese, and Brie in a saucepan, and melt over low heat. Whisk together
Gently fold in crabmeat being careful not to break up any lumps.
Heat through. Pour crabmeat mixture into boule.
Place on baking sheet along with torn pieces of
bread. Bake at 350° about 20 minutes, until bread is toasted and crab bubbly. Stir in sherry, onion,lemon juice, parsley and pepper.
Sprinkle with paprika and/or seafood seasoning.
