Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- One package fresh peas, steamed
- 1 (15 ounce) can of corn kernals, drained
- 2 sour pickles, chopped
- 1 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise or regular
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
