Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs, 4 chicken breasts
  • 6 T. olive oil or bacon grease
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 yellow onions, diced
  • 8 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2-16 oz. bags frozen mixed vegetables
  • 4 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 3 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls, or 1 bag frozen biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Cook chicken and garlic in olive oil or bacon grease. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink. Add onions and potatoes and continue cooking until onions are translucent but still firm. Stir in mixed vegetables, soup, milk, poultry seasoning and Worcestershire sauce, season with salt and pepper. Let mixture come to a low boil. Top with rolls or biscuits. Bake until rolls are golden brown.
