Ingredients
- Buttermilk Pie Recipe:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- Add 1- 3/4 cup sugar
- Use an electric mixer and cream together the butter and the sugar.
- Add 3 eggs one at a time.
- Add 2 TB all-purpose flour
- Blend in 1 cup buttermilk
- Add 2 tsp vanilla
- Next, pour in the buttermilk filling. Sprinkle pie with 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Step 1
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. The center should not be watery. Shielding with aluminum foil after 30 to 35 minutes to prevent excess browning. Cool completely and refrigerate.
