  • 1 lbs. Veal
  • 2 Eggs, whisked
  • Cracker Meal
  • Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cubes Chicken Bullion
  • 2 cloves Garlic

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut the veal into bite-sized pieces.

2. Dip the veal through the eggs then through the cracker meal.

3. Put some oil in the bottom of a frying pan and fry the veal pieces until they are golden brown.

4. Put the veal into a 9 X 13 pan, then add some water, the chicken bullion, and garlic to the pan.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and serve.
