  • 1/2 c. tarragon wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. fresh chopped tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
