Ingredients
- 4 (1/4 pound) halibut fillets
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp plain dried breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbp capers, drained
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup minced flat leaf parsley
- 4 lemon wedges
Preparation
Step 1
Bake until flakey, about 15-20 minutes. Spoon any pan juice over fillets, then sprinkle with parsley. Serve at once with lemon wedges.
