Ingredients
- 3 T Dijon-style mustard
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp low-sodium teriyaki sauce
- 1 glove garlic, finely minced
- Pinch black pepper
- 4 (3 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Step 1
Combine mustard, lime juice teriyaki sauce, garlic and pepper. Dip chicken breasts into mixture one at a time, coating both sides.
Grill chicken 4 minutes on each side, until cooked through and juices run clear.
