Mini Heirloom Tomato Salad

Ingredients

• Mini Heirloom Tomatoes
• 3/4 Cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
• 1/2 oz Chopped Fresh Basil
• 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 3 T Balsamic Vinegar
• 2 t kosher salt
• 2 t cracked black pepper
• 1/2 sliced red onion

Preparation

Step 1

Slice tomatoes
toss with oil, vinegar, salt & pepper
Top with basil and feta cheese
