Crispy Ranch-Cauliflower Tacos

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Renée's Homestyle Ranch Dressing, divided
- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 4 cups large cauliflower florets (3 inch)
- 8 corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup slivered red onions
- 1/3 cup drained pickled pepper rings
- 1/3 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper

Step 1
Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
Mix 1/3 cup dressing and Sriracha sauce until blended. Add to cauliflower in large bowl; mix lightly. Let stand 10 min.
Grill cauliflower 15 min. or until tender and lightly charred, turning after 8 min. Remove from barbecue; cut into bite-size pieces.
Spread remaining dressing onto tortillas; top with cauliflower and remaining ingredients.
Substitute
Preparing using small flour tortillas.
How to Warm the Tortillas
Add tortillas to barbecue for the last few minutes of the cauliflower grilling time to grill just until warmed, turning once.
