Appetizer Ham Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 2 package Parker House Rolls (total 24)
• 1 lb. Deli Ham
• 1 stick butter
• 1 to 2 tbsp. horseradish mustard
• 2 tbsp. poppy seeds
• 1 tsp. worcheshire
• 2 tbsp. minced onion
• 2 cups grated swiss cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients except cheese
Cut rolls in 1/2 (horizontal) - spread mix on bottom and top
Layer ham slices over bottom of rolls
Sprinkle cheese over ham slices

Wrap in alum. foil

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes
Cut into serving pieces
