Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 lb. chorizo
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (4 oz) cans whole green chiles, divided
- 2 cups shredded cheddar, divided
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 tea. salt
- Tabasco

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef and chorizo. Add onion and garlic; cook till transparent. Drain. Line greased 9x9 pan with one can drained and seeded chiles. Top with 1 1/2 cups cheese. Add meat mixture; top with remaining chiles. Beat eggs an flour till smooth; add milk, salt and Tabasco. Blend well and pour over casserole.
Bake 60 minutes at 350 degrees uncovered.
Removed from oven; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
