Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 (10 oz) jar orange marmalade
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 2 tea. baking powder
- 1 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. baking soda
- 1/2 cup orange juice, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well. Blend in marmalade. Add combined dry ingredients alternately with orange juice. Stir in nuts.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approx., 1 hour. Test with toothpick before removing from oven.
Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
