Shrimp ceviche

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 raw shrimp but if you're in a hurry you can use cooked.
- 2 medium sized tomatoes
- 1 jalapeño
- 4 serrano peppers
- 1 bundle of cilantro
- 1/4 red medium sized onion
- Juice of two good sized limes
- salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
I add my tomatoes, with my peppers, onion, lime juice, salt in a blender & blend until desired consistency. I add my cilantro at last & pulsate until chopped.
If using raw shrimp I add my shrimp to the mixture & let sit in the juices for a good 8 hours.
If using cooked shrimp add to the mixture & let sit for about an hour.
Top with avocados..... ???
