Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of butter at room temperature
  • Extra butter for greasing loaf pan
  • 1 and 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 heaping teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 peaches, peeled and cut into small squares

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Cream butter and sugar
Beat in eggs, milk, and vanilla
Gradually add dry ingridients (flour, baking powder)
Using a spatula gently fold in peaches until they are evenly distributed
Pour into a well greased loaf pan
Bake for 1 hour
Check if loaf is done by sticking a toothpick in the center, if it comes out clean you're in business!
