Preparation
Step 1
1. London Broil from Costco, cook fresh, not frozen
2. Wisk all ingredients
3. Make two batches if you want one to put on steak (I like it without)
4. Pour one batch of sauce over the London broil. Marinate the London broil for 24 hours in refrigerator in a large ziplock bag or airtight container. You may to have adjust the amount of sauce to maximize flavor.
5. Remove London Broil form the fridge for at least 30 minutes to ensure it is at room temp prior to cooking
6. Cook barbeque for approximately 7 minutes on each side on med-high heat. Time and temp all depends on BBQ and preference.
7. Remove from grill, let sit for 5 minutes, slice and poor sauce over it if you like.
