Ingredients
- 2 ears of Corn, halved
- 4 boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1 18 oz Jar BBQ Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp. Minced Onions
- 3 Tbsp Hot Sauce
- 2 Tsp. of Salt reserved + a Pinch or two

Step 1
In a bowl, mix, BBQ Sauce, Dark Brown Sugar, Garlic Powder, Minced Onions, Hot Sauce & Salt In your Crock-Pot®, layer potatoes, sprinkle desired amount of salt over top to season, then layer chicken and place corn around the sides. Pour the bbq mixture over the top. Set your Crock-Pot® on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours until the chicken and potatoes are thoroughly cooked. Drizzle remaining sauce over top of the dish to pack in more flavor.
