4 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups cornstarch
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
10 cups cold water
1/4 tsp. nutmet

Step 1

Cook above ingredients until thick and clear. Put about 1 1/2 cups sauce to a quart. Cut up apples into quarts until filled up to neck of quart. Process in canner for 30 minutes.
