Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 30z. vanilla pudding
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Filling:
  • 1 large can peaches
  • Top:
  • 1 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. peach juice
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Sift together flour baking powder and salt. Add vanilla pudding butter, egg and milk. Beat 2 minutes & pour into pie plate. Layer pin wheel style sliced peaches. (Save juice). Beat together cream cheese, sugar and peach juice. Spoon overtop. Mix together cinnamon & sugar & sprinkle over the creme cheese mixture.
Bake 350* for 30 minutes.
