Preparation

Step 1

Juicy strawberries, fresh herbs, ginger, the salsa was a winner. Dash of Balsamic vinegar gave the salsa more depth of flavour. This salsa is good as it is. I had some good rustic baguette and it was put into best use in this Bruschettas.It's refreshing with all fresh herbs,ginger  and a great appetizer for large gathering too.

Honey ( optional, the strawberries were bit sour I added it)

French baguette, cut in to slices

In a big mixing bowl add all the ingredients except strawberries and onion. Mix well.

Add sliced strawberries and onion. Give it a good mix. Chill it in the refrigerator while preparing the bread.

1\. The strawberries were bit sour ,so I had to use a good dash of honey to bring the balance. If the strawberries are sweet then skip honey and add a dash of lemon juice.
