Ingredients
- 1 zested lemon
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 1/2 cup dry orzo
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley- chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Make a dressing out of the lemon zest, garlic, salt, pepper and oil. Whisk.
Put broth and water with salt and turmeric in pot. Bring to boil. Add orzo and cook 10 minute till tender. Drain but do not rinse.
Place orzo in large bowl and add parsley. Whisk in the dressing and top with butter.
