Ingredients
- 2 T. Chili Powder
- 2 T. Salt
- 1 T. Garlic Powder
- 1 T. Onion Powder
- 1 T. Ground Black Pepper
- 1 T. Sugar
- 2 t. Dry Mustard
- 1 Crushed Bay Leaf
- 4 lbs. Trimmed Beef Brisket
- 1 1/2 c. Beef Broth

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Combine all of the spices and rub on all sides of the meat. Place in a roasting pan and roast, uncovered for 1 hour.
Step 3
Add beef stock and cover...lower oven to 300 degrees and cook for another 3 hours.
Step 4
Trim fat and cut across grain...serve with juice!
