I usually just fly by the seat of my pants on this soup, but I finally wrote it down!

Ingredients

  • 2 T. Oil
  • 1 c. Diced Carrots
  • 1 c. Diced Celery
  • 1 c. Diced Onions
  • 12 c. Chicken Broth
  • 2 t. Salt
  • 1 t. Pepper
  • 1 t. Poultry Seasoning
  • 1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
  • 1 c. Fresh Green Beans trimmed and cut into 1” pieces
  • 2 c. Large Diced Cabbage
  • 1/2 c. Frozen Peas
  • 1/2 c. Frozen Corn
  • 18 oz. Reame’s Frozen Egg Noodles
  • 1 lb. Shredded Rotisserie Chicken

Preparation

Step 1

Brown carrots, celery and onion in oil over med-high heat.

Step 2

Add chicken broth, green beans, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and bouillon. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer for 30 mins.

Step 3

Add egg noodles and simmer for 13 minutes.

Step 4

Add peas, corn and cabbage. Simmer for7 mins.

Step 5

Add chicken in last couple of mins. to warm through!
