Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 yellow pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 4 boneless beef minute steaks (1 lb./450 g)
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare stuffing as directed on package. Combine tomatoes, peppers and dressing.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steaks; cook 1 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Top with tomato mixture, stuffing and cheese; cover.
Simmer on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted and steak done.
