Ingredients
- 1 lb beef
- 1 sm onion diced
- 15 oz can black beans, drained
- 1 cup picante sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 10.5 oz can cream of chicken
- 10 oz can rotel
- 4 oz can chopped green chilies
- 9.75 oz bag tostitos
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
- Sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink; drain. Stir in beans, picante sauce, and chili powder.
In a bowl, combine soup , rotel, and chilies. In a greased 2.5 quart microwave safebdais, layer half the chip, beef, soup mixture and cheeses. Repeat layers.
Microwave on medium-high, uncovered, until heated through, about 12 minutes. Add toppings as desired.
