Ingredients

Crust:
27 cream filled oreo cookies, crushed in blendar
1/4 cup melted margarine
Filling:
1/4 cup creme de menthe
1 jar (large) marshmellow creme
2 cups (pt.) heavy cream, whipped

Preparation

Step 1

Combine & press in 9" spring form pan, reserving 1/2 cup for topping.

Gradually add creme de menthe to marshmellow mix. Fold in whip creme. Pour into pan. Sprinkel with remaining crumbs. Freeze. Remove from freezer a few minutes before cutting.
