  • 6 soft-boiled eggs, cooled and peeled
  • 1 raw egg
  • ½ pound bacon, cooked and chopped
  • ¼ cup of parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 ½ cup of flour
  • ¼ cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, combine the raw egg, bacon, parsley, cheese, milk, flour, oil, baking powder, garlic powder, and a little bit of salt and pepper.
Grease a 6-cup muffin pan. Scoop ¼ cup of the mixture into each muffin cup, then place a boiled egg. Cover the egg in each cup with the rest of the batter; bake for 15 minutes.
Cool for a few minutes and serve warm!
