• 1/2 c. extra-virgin olive oil
• 1/4 c. mayonnaise
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 packet Italian seasoning
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp. grated Pecorino Romano or Parmesan
• kosher salt
