Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups rice, cooked
  • 4 ounces sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • Can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and put in an 8 x 8 or a 9 x 11 dish.

Topping:

1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 1/2 cups corn flakes, crushed
1/3 cup margarine, melted

Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes.
