Ingredients
- 2 cups dry macaroni or other pasta, cooked, rinsed and drained
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 1 tablespoon minced flat leaf parsley
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar????

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the pasta, celery and parsley. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sour cream, salt and sugar. Pour dressing over the salad and stir to combine. Season to taste. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
