Broccoli w/Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3-1/2 C water
  • 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine garlic, water, soy sauce, fish sauce,sesame oil, sugar and cornstarch in a bowl & set aside.

2. Steam broccoli.

3. Once the broccoli is cooked to almost desired tenderness add the sauce and broccoli to a wok or skillet and stir constantly until sauce boils and thickens.

4. Serve once sauce and broccoli reach desired thickness and tenderness.
