Step 1
Marinate Brussels sprouts with all ingredients except the butter. In a skillet brown the butter and the mustard seeds. Then add Brussels sprouts and 1/4 cup of water. Steam covered until a little soft. Uncover and reduce the water off and brown to your liking.
