Whole Wheat Pizza Dough - Vitamix

Ingredients
- 3 cup whole wheat flour (or all purpose if you prefer)
- 1 3/4 tsp instant fast rise yeast
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 3/4 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup hot water

Makes 2 small pizzas
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
Lightly grease a large mixing bowl and a pizza pan and set aside.
Add flour, yeast and salt into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
Select Variable 1.
Start machine and slowly increase speed to Variable 8. Blend for 5 seconds. Turn machine off and remove lid plug.
Select Variable 3, pulse about 60 times while slowly adding oil and water through lid plug.
After ball has formed pulse continuously for 5 to 10 seconds.
With floured hands, remove dough and form into a round ball.
Place dough in prepared mixing bowl, tuning over to grease on all sides.
Let rise 10 minutes.
Stretch dough onto pizza pan and top with desired toppings.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
