Ingredients
- 1 lb mild ground sausage, browned and drained
- 6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 carrot (OR 6 baby carrots), sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 5 cubes chicken bouillon
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 5 cups water
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 12 oz can evaporated milk
- Optional topping: shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
Put everything in your crock pot EXCEPT your milk and cheese
Gently mix it up
Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or high for 3-4 hours
When you have an hour left, stir in your milk
Serve with cheese sprinkled on top, if desired
