Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 6 tsp. poppy seed
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 stick margarine, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken until tender. Cut into small pieces and spread in greased 9x13 pan. Mix soup and sour cream. Spread over chicken. Crush crackers and mix with poppy seed; spread over soup layer. Sprinkle melted margarine over casserole as evenly as possible. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
