- Top:
- 1 cream cheese (8oz.)
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Cake:
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Combine topping by hand. Combine cake ingrediants. Fill cupcake holder 1/3 full of cupcake mixtue. Spoon heaping Tablespoon of cream cheese over. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
